TRAINING RUN A Free 10 & 20 Mile Training Run, brought to you by the University of Michigan Health-West Grand Rapids Marathon and Team World Vision. No Shirts. No Money. No race packets. Just a FREE supported training run on a Saturday morning. We'll use parts of the marathon course, and lots of Millennium Park. SIGN UP SO WE KNOW WHO ALL ARE COMING!! What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
