    A Celebration of Baltimore History on Foot The Altra Charles Street 12 presented by Kelly Benefits starts at the Shops at Kenilworth in Towson, and continues south heading downtown on beautiful Charles Street, a National Scenic Byway. Runners enjoy running through Charm City’s most charming neighborhoods and past some of Maryland’s most esteemed religious, historical and educational institutions. When runners finish, they can celebrate their accomplishment with a one-of-a-kind post-race party...
