Two loops around the lake at Munroe Falls Metro Park on the paved path. The course is hilly and paved. We're simplifying the route slightly from previous years, by adding a short out and back on a service road (see map). 1.55 mile fun (untimed) walk option (1 loop) It's a great course for strollers and our four-legged friends. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
