About the Race

The Lilac Festival 5k run/walk is a great event for all. Nice flat course for speedsters or walkers. The only race in America where every finisher gets a lilac seedling! The Lilac Festival is a chance for families to come out and do something fun, as a hometown, family-friendly event. The fun begins on Friday June 5 and continues all weekend. Saturday the festival gets into full swing with the parade at 11 a.m. Other events on Saturday include a car show, and a great juggling act. The vendor ...
