5K Run/Walk and Kids 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run We are back to our usual USATF certified 5K route! The obstacle course fun run will be geared toward ages 5-12, but older and younger are welcome! No strollers allowed on the Obstacle Course. Parents, please join your little ones! Racers will be grouped into age-appropriate heats (starting at 10:30 a.m.), but families are encouraged to run together. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
