The historic Berryman Trail is an approximately 26.4-mile single-track loop located in the Mark Twain National Forest. Run one loop for the Marathon, and two loops for the 50+-Mile race. The loop is entirely forested and continuously hilly, with a total elevation gain/loss of 2500 ft/2500 ft per loop.
