We are BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on June 6, 2026 for Brandon Russell's 10th Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash! All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal! You must register by Sunday, May 23rd to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size. We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 23rd but we cannot guarantee availabilit...
