We are taking steps toward our mission to improve the quality of life in our communities! With each step, we will be supporting the Dolly Parton Imagination Library in our region. Northern Neck Electric Cooperative covers all costs, so 100% of the proceeds will support the charity. Your registration provides books for 1 child for 6 months. What should I wear?
