About the Race
The Foster 5k is a race event meant to benefit the Non-profit Challenge for Charity, of which UW-Foster School of Business is an affiliate, and its scholarship recipients include the Special Olympics of Washington, Boys & Girls Clubs, and the University District Food Bank charities. All are welcome to run, walk, or jog the 5K with pride, knowing that proceeds from their participation in the event will go towards the above-mentioned charities.
