For the 38th winter, the Charlottesville Track Club is hosting, in person, their popular training program to help guide runners of all abilities to their personal 10 Miler goals. Whether you're taking your first timid steps off the couch or going for a personal best, we've got you covered! The program kicks off on October 18th and will meet every Saturday morning at 8:00 next to the UVa track. What should I wear?
