About the Race
This inaugural event is the second leg of the ChesCo Winter Series. The park loop is a fairly flat 1.25 miles and you have the option of a 10 miler or 20 miler. The races start on the loop separate from the finish line and loop the park clockwise finishing at the Tot Lot Pavilion. We will have lots of great snacks, drinks, and pizza. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
