About Jeff Galloway’s Program: The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone interested in fulfilling their goal of running a half marathon or marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. All participants be able to maintain a 16-minute pace for 3 miles at the beginning of training.
