This race will serve as the end of the SSRS pointed season where series winners will be announced. Please be present to pick up awards. This race is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club. This races offers two distances on Emerald Mountain, 12k (ends up being closer to 7.75 miles long) and a 4 mile run. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
