The EXPO 10K/5K is more than a race: It's Knoxville's oldest and most beloved community running event. 2025 will mark the 48th running of this annual event. The expo is truly a tradition. It is the only local race that celebrates the family by having mother/son, mother/daughter, father/son, father/daughter, wife/husband, and three generations categories. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
