About the Race
Traditionally held on the last Saturday in March to mark the kick-off of Child Abuse Prevention Month, the German American Bank Run & Walk for Children, hosted by Family Enrichment Center, features a half marathon, 5k run, and 5k fun walk. The Friday evening before the race, participants and families are invited to join us for a festive Family Expo and Pasta Party during packet pick-up, followed by our free kids’ one-mile Glow Run.
