The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon returns to the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on May 23rd 2026. We have added a 5k Run to the event this year, for those that don't feel challenged to participate in the Triathlon. It will be the same course as the triathlon run portion.
