Join us for the first annual Heart & Sole 5K, a heartfelt event in memory of Rowan Jo, a beautiful soul we lost in January 2025 to a congenital heart defect. This race is a celebration of Rowan’s life, the joy she brought to those around her, and the light she continues to shine in our hearts. All proceeds from the Heart & Sole 5K will benefit Dell Children’s Medical Center, supporting congenital heart defect (CHD) research and assisting families navigating similar journeys.
