HOOP! FOR NOAH is a 3-on-3 fundraiser basketball tournament in memory of Noah Bruce Macias. Noah was a young man who had a passion for serving others - and he took pleasure in serving the youth at Kinloch Price Boys Ranch in Valley Center, a residential home for boys in foster care and operated by Youth Horizons.
