IAAP Training is a year-around free training program designed to help you improve your running in a group environment. We welcome runners of all abilities and experience levels. The program is centered on two key training sessions - Track Workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Brackenridge High Schoool at 400 Eagleland and a Long Distance run that meets on Sundays at Mission San Juan at 7am. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
