The 4th annual Meatball 5K Run and 1 mile fun run is a USATF certified race through the historic district of Summerville, SC. The race begins and ends at St Paul's Summerville, SC. The event is hosted by the Summerville Italian Feast and benefits Dorchester District II Educational Foundation with proceeds helping to fund STEAM programs.
