All events include T-shirts. T-shirt size is guaranteed during Early Bird sign up only. After this date shirts are given out on a first come, first serve basis at packet pick up until supplies are gone. The 5K course is flat and quick, and offers a pleasant trip through the scenic neighborhoods of Cat Island, Beaufort. Marshals will guide you to the registration and parking areas near the tennis courts. It’s about 2.8 miles from the turn off of Lady’s Island Drive to the event site. Keep goin...

What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
