CrossFit Ridge City's 2nd Ridge City Grind is a team 24 or 12 hour ultra trail running or ruck race with an added fitness twist every lap. This years Grind will again take place at The Silos Barn in Bono, AR and will start promptly at 5:30pm on Friday April 3rd, 2026. The 24 hour race is for teams of 3 in both the run and ruck options and will start at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 3rd, 2026 and go until 5:30pm Saturday, April 4th, 2026.
