Sprint Tri and Du! The only female only triathlon/duathlon in Louisiana! We believe there is an athlete in every woman, no matter how old or young, fit or not. Find your inner athlete and join us for a great spirited event where ladies rule. Triathlon Course includes a 100m pool swim, followed by a 12 mile bike route on River Road, and finishing with a 2 mile run through the Pointe Marie development. What should I wear?
