The MD-DC RRCA 10 Mile Club Challenge is a one-of-a-kind, restricted entry event. Runners race on behalf of their respective RRCA club and score points cross country style. Awards are given by club, not by runner. You race for the bragging rights of your RRCA club. It is the capstone event within the MD Grand Prix series. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
