Runner's Edge 5K Speed Into Spring! Open to runners of all ages and levels! Program includes Monday and Thursday structured workouts, a training plan tailored to you and centered around targeted group time trials and races. Thursday workouts will be held at Runner's Edge at 6:30pm and Monday will alternate at venues such as parks, trails, or bridges and you will be made aware well in advance of the training session.
