This is a winter and spring program for athletes ages 8-19 preparing for a summer draft-legal triathlon season. Weekly sessions will be focused on bike skills and tactics for draft legal racing. Athletes will be encouraged to swim and run with their school and club teams. ALL Athletes interested in the program must attend our free combine on January 25 so their skills can be assessed and they can be placed in the correct group. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
