Space Coast Marathon is celebrating its 55th year in 2026, making it the oldest marathon in the state of Florida. We invite runners and walkers alike to experience one of the most beautiful USATF certified waterfront courses on the east coast of Florida. Our event starts in the historic and quaint Cocoa Village, and finishes along the river in Cocoa Riverfront Park where family and friends can cheer and watch your finish. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
