McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center's Step Up 4 Kids 5K & Kids Fun Run helps close out National Child Abuse Prevention month each April, taking place on the last Sunday of April each year. All funds raised through this event directly benefit local non-profit, McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center, who works hard to fight against child abuse in Onondaga County.
