    About the Race

The John Martins Foundation and the RI Burn Foundation have come together to raise funds for burn survivors! We are raising money for advanced laser equipment to be purchased for the burn unit at Rhode Island Hospital! This equipment costs over $250,000 and its use is to help those who suffered severe burn damage, get the reconstructive surgery they need to help reduce the amount of scar tissue from their injuries.
