THE MILE - Last Runner Standing Think you've got the grit to outlast everyone else? The Mile is a brutal, simple, and wildly addictive endurance challenge. The rules are easy: Run a 1-mile loop every 17 minutes (RD has and will change times as needed to challenge the participants.) When the horn sounds, the next mile begins.
