The Rocky Hill Triathlon returns for the 11th year in Exeter, California! We are the best kept secret in the Central Valley with a course that is challenging and showcases the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our fun course will help push you to new limits and you can earn some of the best swag to prove it! We will be offering two different distances on race day. The Short Course will have a 400 yard swim, 12.5 mile bike & 3.1 mile run. The Long Course will have an 800 yard swim...

What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
