About the Race
Due to construction at the New London Tech Trails the course will be a bit different from prior years. We are working on the new course, but it will still be a 10k. The Start/Finish area will be in a grass field on the right side of the big roundabout as you drive in from the main road. Come run on the New London Tech Trails for the 7th annual Twisted Trail 10k. Stay afterward for age group awards, food and fellowship. We have a great location lined up - nice trail system - and gracious hosts...

What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
