Huntsville Track Club presents the UAH Spring Road Race 8k This popular 8K race runs through the campus of UAH. We will use the same certified course in 2026 that we used last year (USATF certification link). One aid station is provided. This race benefits the Huntsville Dialysis Center with a donation made in remembrance of long time HTC member Earl Jacoby. The race will start at 2:00pm. What should I wear?
Dress for ~10°F warmer than the standing temperature once you start running. Throwaway long-sleeve at the start, gloves and a hat for sub-50°F mornings, singlet plus visor when it climbs above 60°F. The race-day forecast above is the source of truth closer to the date.
