Weekend Group Runs We are expanding our group run offerings. We will always hold a "Meet the Road Runners" run at Rockland Lake on the Third Sunday of every month. That run is particularly good for beginning runners or those new to the club looking for running buddies as there will always be someone there from Club Leadership and we'll make sure no one runs alone, whatever your pace.
