The Return of the Fleet Feet Metairie annual spring run group! We will be meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm @ Bonnabel Boat Launch (1599 Bonnabel Blvd, Metairie 70005). We will have two different running programs to help you with your fitness goals! First a beginner 5K program for those looking to get into running for the first time or get back into it after a long hiatus.
